Ex-Dolphins coach Brian Flores sues NFL
Mr. Flores' planned class-action complaint alleges racial discrimination in hiring procedures by the NFL and three of its clubs.

Flores' claim comes on the heels of the New York Giants choosing Brian Daboll over him as head coach.
Flores claims in records filed in Manhattan federal court that his interview with the Giants was just to meet the Rooney Rule, which now compels clubs to interview at least two external minority candidates for all head coaching jobs.

Aside from Frazier, the Giants also interviewed Patrick Graham, the defensive coordinator who was an internal candidate and did not count against the Rooney Rule criteria.
"God had gifted me with a special talent to coach the game of football, but the need for change is bigger than my person goals," Flores said in a statement.
"We intend to vigorously defend ourselves against these allegations, which are without substance," the NFL stated in a statement.
