The paper also delves into the varied implications of ChatGPT, discussing optimal applications to advance research in technology and diverse domains. Recent iterations of ChatGPT have showcased remarkable performance across a diverse range of tasks, demonstrating its proficiency in understanding and generating human language. particularly from researchers who are now exploring its potential utility in enhancing scientific work.

The tool can provide general insights into statistical analyses and interpretations, along with relaying information on regulatory updates and guidelines. In additional, new specialty of assist the artificial intelligence (AI) can provide to people seeking for information, solutions, or answers online, which has led to its application in a variety of industries, healthcare, education, science, media, and medical research [1].

ChatGPT proves invaluable in technology research, streamlining the literature review process by efficiently searching for, identifying, and critically appraising relevant sources. It excels in extracting key information, synthesizing diverse content, and summarizing the current state of technology research. Additionally, ChatGPT keeps researchers updated on new publications and fosters collaboration and communication, fostering a more transparent and collaborative research environment in the technology field.

Lastly, ChatGPT streamlines collaborative project organization and management by generating reports and summarizing meeting minutes, increasing efficiency and allowing researchers to concentrate on generating actionable insights.

The Limitations of ChatGPT

The AI language model acknowledges its potential limitations, emphasizing that it strives to provide accurate and helpful information but may occasionally present inaccuracies or outdated details. Its knowledge is based on training data up to September 2021, implying a potential lack of information on recent developments. The model’s understanding is pattern-based, which may lead to occasional incorrect or incomplete interpretations. Users are encouraged to verify critical information independently and consult multiple sources to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness [6].

Another significant limitation of ChatGPT is its potential to produce biased or inappropriate responses. Since the model learns from vast amounts of text data from the internet, it may inadvertently incorporate biases present in the training data into its responses. This can lead to the propagation of stereotypes, misinformation, or offensive content, which can have serious implications in real-world applications.

Furthermore, ChatGPT may struggle with maintaining context and coherence in longer conversations. The model generates responses based on the input it receives, without a deep understanding of the overall context of the conversation. This can result in disjointed or nonsensical responses, especially in complex dialogues where context plays a crucial role in communication.[7]

Moreover, ChatGPT has limitations in terms of engaging in meaningful and empathetic interactions. While the model can produce text that appears empathetic on the surface, it lacks genuine emotional intelligence and understanding of human emotions. This can make interactions with ChatGPT feel superficial and insincere, particularly in scenarios that require empathy and emotional support.

Social Concern

The concerns surrounding ChatGPT include fears of rapid progression, corporate control, and potential sentience. Acknowledging these concerns, the text emphasizes the inevitability of progress and expresses hope for a positive direction. There are many people concern about the impact on learning and human skills, job displacement is another concern in this term, but historical adaptability to technological changes is cited as evidence that humans can adjust and can develop a positive and enduring relationship with AI, similar to previous adaptations to technological advancements like the Internet [8].

Scientific enterprise is a human endeavor requiring expertise, creativity, and innovation, and artificial intelligence cannot replace human touch. ChatGPT, while helpful in educational research, should be used as a complement to rigorous scholarly inquiry and critical thinking, with researchers evaluating information based on their research goals and methodologies.
