INTRODUCTION
The internet of things (IoT) may not be new to the business world but the introduction of the term and the application thereof have grown gradually to help business organizations gather data and analyze them. The internet of things is affecting almost all industries. There is nothing that the internet of things does not control anymore. The internet of things is being used for the collection and analysis of data and forecasts which are proving beneficial for the future growth and development of businesses and organizations in general. This is because through this kind of technology, businesses and organizations are able to develop effectively. Apart from businesses, the internet of things is making our lives easier in our daily activities. We cannot live without the internet of things for example smart TVs and refrigerators.
Therefore, if for an ordinary person life holds no meaning, one can imagine how significant it is for businesses that make special investments to gain the best technology possible to reach perfection. Combining mobile cloud computing with Internet of Things allows for the use of resources from the cloud for efficient processing and storing of data. This leads to sustainable development through resource optimization, lessening of energy usage, and adoption of green policies in their work. Thanks to Internet of Things and mobile cloud computing, businesses can make technological improvements while ensuring sustainability.[1] Internet of Things is having a significant role to play in areas such as big data analysis, cloud computing, machine to machine communication etc. Following are the five features of IoT which are discussed below:
1. Connecting- In this regard, IoT connects all the parts of the business or IoT connects all those factors which may impact the business in one way or the other. It helps the management to understand their business in a more sophisticated way.
2. Collecting- Here IoT creates the duplicate assets of the business through collecting the information so that decisions can be made easily. Since the business is well-connected now and with the help of IoT the decision making process becomes much easier.
3. Monitoring- With the help of IoT, changes in the business are monitored easily. Moreover, IoT makes it very easy for the management to supervise the business operations. The use of IoT in monitoring will provide foolproof monitoring of the patterns and management can get real-time information about the changes and its impacts on the business and what steps can be taken to mitigate the impacts.
4. Monetizing – The ideas are implemented in the market with a focus on monetizing the ideas. And due to everything being systematicized through the use of IoT makes it more advanced and efficient which makes it less likely that any defects occur with regards to the products and services provided by the company, hence lesser customer complaints.

Once the society is influenced by the effects of IOT, it will definitely influence the nation and if the effect of IOT on the society is positive, it will have two main influences:
a. It will improve the image of the nation at the global level.
b. It will attract foreign investments for the country and will help it generate foreign exchange.
The interaction of Software Defined Networking (SDN) with edge computing and artificial intelligence (AI) within the framework of IoT and smart cities provides considerable achievements for enterprises. Thanks to SDN, enterprises can benefit from the effective use of edge computing technology and make better decisions based on processed data. Enterprises can leverage the advantages of using SDN, innovate within the scope of the Internet of Things and benefit from the opportunities that come with the implementation of smart cities.[3] The emerging needs associated with SDN and IoT in relation to Industry 4.0, blockchain, and artificial intelligence have provided notable achievements for enterprises. In this way, by making use of the Internet of Things (IoT), organizations can make better use of real-time data, improve process efficiencies, and innovate, while technologies such as SDN, blockchain, and artificial intelligence will enable them to cope with the requirements of Industry 4.0, resulting in revolutionary outcomes across a wide range of sectors.[4]
As an example, the application of a Dropout-VGG Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model for traffic sign classification shows how artificial intelligence and IoT have been combined in the modern age. Through the combination of IoT and artificial intelligence tools, businesses may optimize their traffic management solutions, increase traffic safety, and improve transportation networks. It allows for real-time decision-making and analysis, which results in improved traffic sign classification.[5] With the increasing use of sophisticated technology, the likelihood of production houses setting up their manufacturing operations within the host country will become high; with more manufacturing operations taking place in the host country, the need for laborers at all stages is bound to arise, thus helping the host nation tackle its employment issues.
With respect to the businesses that this framework of IoT relates to, three major concepts exist which can be described as the 3Cs and they include the following:
- Communication- It is of paramount importance for a business since it acts as the means through which the business stays in touch with its clients. Apart from communication with customers, there may be certain technical challenges which will have to be solved by communication experts who can turn such challenges into opportunities for the economy.
